Note: A minimum rental charge of 35 hours applies to the rental of most tractors. The minimum hours may be higher on larger tractors (please consult with your Store Manager). A day is defined as 8 hours, a week is 40 hours and a month is 160 hours. Per day rental rates are based on being out for 24 hours – rain or shine. Rates are based on pick up and return of equipment. Customer is responsible for rental insurance in case of damage. Insurance must be provided by the Lessee. Copy of insurance policy listing model, serial number and value of the machine required prior to pick up or delivery, covering physical damage, liability, fire, and theft. Signed rental contract is necessary before pick up or delivery. Units subject to availability. Freight - F.O.B. Dealership Yard. Hours Definitions: Daily = 8 hours, Weekly = 40 hours, Monthly = 160 hours. Excess time over allotted time will be charged at hourly, daily, weekly, monthly rate as applicable. Customer is responsible for all daily maintenance including fuel, oil and oil levels, grease, cooling systems, hydraulic levels, water & batteries, tire condition, filters (long term rentals), and is responsible for other routine maintenance as set forth by the machine's operator manual. Machine must be returned clean, or lessee will be charged for cleanup. Machine must be returned at the same level or higher of fuel as when it left or lessee will be charged for fueling at current fuel rate. Lessee will be charged for any repairs required due to abuse or negligence. All rental machines are available for sale and portions of the rental payment may be applied toward the purchase of the rented machine. Rental rates are subject to change. Rental rates may be higher depending on equipment applications.
